Number of Connections - We recommend using 4-6 connections for the best performance for most users, but up to 15 connections are allowed. With a normal route, 4-6 will fill up most broadband connections.
Getting Started - A newsgroup client will be needed to access the servers. A large selection of news readers can be found at Tucows (http://www.tucows.com). We recommend News Rover for most users that do not already have a news reader they prefer.

Any news reader is compatible with your account.
Privacy Policy - No customer information is shared with any outside entities. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail address, and billing information. This information is held by us and the processing agent.
More specifically, we hold your account data and are the only ones possessing the databases that includes your order number, e-mail address, and username & password. These databases do not include your credit card details, or any billing information.
Your billing details are held by the processing agent exclusively. This processing agent does not have access to your account information with us. Once your details are submitted when you purchase your subscription, they are encrypted by the processing agent, and remain encrypted at all times. Even for account modification, we are unable to pull up the complete billing card number.
Please do not ever send your full card number via e-mail, this will never be requested by any employee of iUsenet.
You will only ever receive e-mail from us regarding your account. Your account details will never be distributed outside of the company unless required by law. We treat your details as we do our own.
